We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team!

This is an exciting moment to join Rosie’s Disobedient Press (RDP) as we continue our first year of Multi-Year Funding from Creative Scotland which provides the resources to grow, experiment, and deepen our work. As part of a small, collaborative team, you will be involved across all aspects of the press — from day-to-day operations to shaping our long-term vision. Rosie’s Disobedient Press is an independent publishing project based in Glasgow. We are a small collaborative organisation dedicated to independent publishing, working at the intersection of writing and visual art. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Manager to help us strengthen our foundations and support our future.

Location and Hours: Rosie’s Disobedient Press, Broadside Studios, 123 Allison Street, Govanhill, Glasgow, G42 8NE. Hybrid working (studio and remote) with a minimum of 1 day in the studio each week. Studio hours are 10am - 6pm, with full team meetings taking place every Tuesday.

Contract: 2 days per week (16 hours). Fixed Term for 1 Year with opportunity to extend, inclusive of 3-month trial period. 16k a year (40k pro-rata).
