Rosie’s Disobedient Press is an artist-led publishing project based in Glasgow which centres on writing from marginalised perspectives with a focus on queer, working class and feminist writers. The press is run by Lisette May Monroe and Adrien Howard and works directly with artists and writers to create unique projects on a small scale and across multiple forms, including online and printed publishing, writing, sound and live events.
Each year we are committed to producing an anthology of writing which brings together writers based both near and far at different stages of their practice. Alongside this, through our pamphlet series, we will be working with two previously unpublished Scottish-based writers to make their first publications!
In the near future we hope to be able to open our arms and inbox to proposals for publications so keep your eyes peeled for updates!
